1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the BuyGrow store at buygrow.co.in, buygrow.in, this website (buygrow.org), or any other BuyGrow service (together, "BuyGrow"). By browsing, creating an account, placing an order or listing products, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our shipping, returns and refunds policy. If you don't agree, please don't use BuyGrow.

"We", "us" and "our" mean Sri Renugadevi Associates. "You" means anyone using BuyGrow, whether as a shopper ("buyer") or a seller.

2. Who we are

BuyGrow is a brand of Sri Renugadevi Associates, a Proprietorship with its registered office at 320, 1st Floor, Kamarajar Road, Varadarajapuram, Uppilipalayam Post, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641015, India. GSTIN: 33LLAPS1275D1Z5.

BuyGrow is an online marketplace. Products are listed and sold by sellers on the platform. We provide the technology, payment collection, customer support and grievance handling. Each product page shows the details the seller has provided, including country of origin.

3. Using BuyGrow

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or sell on BuyGrow. Anyone younger may use BuyGrow only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
• Give accurate, current information, including your name, phone number, email and delivery address.
• Your account signs in with a one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number. Keep OTPs private. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• Check that a product suits what you need it for before you buy it, using the details on the product page.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, are used for fraud, or harm other users.

4. Products and prices

• Product descriptions, photos, sizes and specifications are provided by sellers. We work to keep listings accurate, but minor variations can occur because of manufacturing, materials, screens and lighting.
• All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping is free unless a product page clearly says otherwise.
• Prices, offers and stock can change at any time without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Products are subject to stock, and we can't promise any product will always be available.
• Offers, discounts and coupon codes are at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price or with wrong details, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

• When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the product. All orders are subject to acceptance. Your order is confirmed once your payment is authorised and we send you an order confirmation or invoice by email. The contract of sale is between you and the seller of that product.
• Your invoice is emailed to you after your order is confirmed, and you can also download it from your account.
• We or the seller may refuse or cancel an order, for example if the item is out of stock, the listing has a pricing or description error, the address can't be served, or we suspect fraud. You'll be refunded in full for any cancelled order.
• You can cancel before dispatch as explained in our cancellation policy. Orders that have shipped, and orders for products made or personalised for you, may not be cancellable.

6. Payments

• We accept UPI, Visa, Mastercard and RuPay cards, and net banking. Payments are processed securely online by Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway. We don't store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
• Each order is paid with one payment method. EMI may be available through your bank or card issuer.
• You must use a payment method that you're authorised to use.
• If a payment fails but money is deducted from your account, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank. If it isn't, contact us with the transaction details.
• Please contact us to resolve any problem before raising a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We may suspend accounts that raise unjustified chargebacks.

7. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are covered in our shipping, returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. What you must not do

• Use BuyGrow for anything illegal, fraudulent or misleading.
• Place fake orders, misuse offers, or abuse returns and refunds.
• Post false, abusive, obscene or defamatory content, or content that infringes anyone's rights.
• Try to hack, overload, scrape or disrupt BuyGrow, upload malware or harmful code, or access accounts, servers or data that aren't yours.
• Pretend to be BuyGrow, our staff or another person, or give false information about yourself.
• Buy products on BuyGrow to resell or redistribute them, unless we've agreed to it in writing.

9. Terms for sellers

If you sell on BuyGrow, these extra terms apply to you, along with any written seller agreement you sign with us. If the two conflict, the seller agreement applies.

• Registration. You must provide accurate business details, including your GSTIN, PAN, bank account and pickup address, and keep them up to date.
• Listings. Product information must be accurate and complete, including price, size, material, quantity, country of origin and any other details required by law, such as under the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules.
• Lawful products only. You may list only genuine, new products that you have the right to sell. Counterfeit, banned, stolen, unsafe or restricted items are not allowed. Products must meet any applicable quality standards, including BIS certification where required.
• Orders. Dispatch orders on time, pack them properly, and provide a valid GST invoice with each order.
• Returns and complaints. Honour BuyGrow's returns and refunds policy and cooperate with us to resolve buyer complaints.
• Fees and payouts. Fees, commissions and payout timelines are as agreed with you in writing. We may deduct fees, refunds and chargebacks from payouts.
• Our rights. We may edit, hide or remove listings, hold payouts, or suspend a seller account that breaks these terms or the law, or that receives repeated genuine complaints.

10. Reviews and content

Reviews and ratings must be honest and based on your own experience with the product. We may remove reviews that are fake, paid for, abusive or unrelated to the product. By posting content on BuyGrow, you allow us to display it on BuyGrow and in our marketing.

11. Intellectual property

The BuyGrow name, logo, website design and content are owned by Sri Renugadevi Associates or used with permission. You may not copy or use them without our written consent. Sellers keep the rights to their own product images and descriptions, and allow us to use them to list and promote their products on BuyGrow.

12. Limits of our liability

• We work to keep BuyGrow available and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
• As a marketplace, we aren't the manufacturer of the products sold. Unless a product page says otherwise, products don't come with a warranty from us. Any warranty from a manufacturer or supplier is governed by their own terms.
• We aren't responsible for problems caused by misuse, improper handling, or not following a product's instructions.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, goodwill or data.
• Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that can't be excluded.

13. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for losses, claims and costs that arise because you broke these terms or the law, or infringed someone else's rights while using BuyGrow.

14. Third-party links

BuyGrow may link to other websites or services, such as courier tracking pages and payment gateways. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Anything you do with a third party is between you and them.

15. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and using BuyGrow after a change means you accept the updated terms. Orders are governed by the terms in force when the order was placed.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We'll always try to resolve problems directly with you first. Subject to your rights as a consumer, courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receiving them.
