1. Who we are

BuyGrow is a brand of Sri Renugadevi Associates, 320, 1st Floor, Kamarajar Road, Varadarajapuram, Uppilipalayam Post, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641015 ("we", "us"). This policy covers the BuyGrow store at buygrow.co.in, buygrow.in, this website buygrow.org, and our phone, WhatsApp and email support. For personal data handled through these services, we are the data fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

2. Data we collect

Information you give us

• Account and contact details: name, phone number, email address.
• Order and delivery details: delivery and billing addresses, items ordered, order history, return and refund requests.
• Messages: what you send us by phone, WhatsApp, email or our contact form.
• Reviews and preferences (optional): product reviews, feedback, and whether you want to receive offers.
• Seller details (sellers only): business name, GSTIN, PAN, bank account details for payouts, pickup address and contact person.

Information collected when you use BuyGrow

• Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the payment method and transaction ID. We don't receive or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
• Transaction records: orders placed, invoices and payment confirmations.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, device identifiers, cookies, pages visited, and the pincode you enter to check delivery.

3. How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders, including returns and refunds.
• To send order updates by SMS, email or WhatsApp.
• To answer your questions and complaints.
• To onboard sellers, list their products and make payouts.
• To prevent fraud and misuse, and to keep BuyGrow secure.
• To improve the store and understand what customers look for.
• To send offers and news, only if you've agreed. You can opt out at any time.
• To meet legal duties, such as tax, accounting and consumer-protection rules.

4. Consent

We process your personal data with your consent, which you give when you create an account, place an order, subscribe, or contact us, or where the DPDP Act otherwise allows it, such as to complete a purchase you asked for or to comply with the law. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect processing already done, and we may be unable to process orders that need that data.

5. Who we share it with

We share only what's needed, and only with:

• Sellers, who receive your name, delivery address and phone number to fulfil your order.
• Courier and logistics partners, to deliver and return parcels.
• Payment gateways and banks, including Razorpay, to process payments and refunds.
• Service providers that host our websites, provide analytics or technical support, send emails and messages, or help us run BuyGrow, under obligations to protect your data.
• Marketing partners, only if you've agreed to it.
• Government authorities, when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We don't sell or rent your personal data.

Some service providers may process data outside India. Where that happens, we share only what's needed and expect them to protect it as this policy describes.

6. Cookies

The store uses cookies and similar technology to keep you signed in, remember your cart and pincode, and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store may not work without them. The store may also use pixels or similar technology to measure how it's used.

This information website, buygrow.org, doesn't set its own cookies or use analytics. To show the page, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and current product prices from our store, which means those services receive your IP address. Our contact page shows a Google Maps map, and Google may set its own cookies when the map loads. The site also saves a few of its own files on your device so it can show a helpful page when you're offline.

7. This website's contact form

When you send a message through the form on buygrow.org, your name, phone number, email, order number and message are passed through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-delivery service, to our inbox at buygrowindia@gmail.com. We use these details only to reply to you.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require (generally up to eight years). When you close your account or withdraw consent, we delete or anonymise data we no longer need, unless the law requires us to keep it.

9. How we protect it

We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted (SSL/HTTPS) connections, firewalls, restricted access to data, and working only with payment partners that follow industry security standards. No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach affects you, we'll inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act requires.

10. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you can:

• ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• ask us to correct, complete or update your data;
• ask us to erase your data, unless we need to keep it by law;
• withdraw your consent;
• nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to; and
• raise a grievance with us, and if you're not satisfied with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity first.

11. Children

BuyGrow is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. For significant changes, we'll let you know on the store or by email.
